Signature Disclosure:

Replaced parts may be requested by customer. You and your employees may operate the above vehicle for the purposes of testing, inspection or delivery at my risk. An express mechanic’s lien is acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. The shop will not be held responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond your control.  A pro-rated storage fee of $120 per week will be charged 10 business days after notification that work is complete unless special arrangements are made. In the event legal action is necessary to enforce this contract, I understand that I am solely responsible for all costs including attorney’s fees and court costs. I have read the above and acknowledge receipt of an estimate.

Warranty Disclosure:

From the date of delivery for a period of 3 months or 3000 miles, whichever comes first, this firm will repair free of charge any defects in material and workmanship to the repairs stated on the invoice. All work to be done in our shop only. This does not include towing charges or customer supplied parts.  Neglect/abuse of vehicle will immediately void any and all warranties.

Part Sale Disclosure:

Manufacturer warranty is honored. Labor to replace the part is not warrantied unless it is proven the failure of the part was due to negligence of Nostalgic Garage.

Quote Disclosure:

Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business.  Please note that all prices, labor rates and labor times are estimates only and are subject to change. Parts deposit required before taking delivery of vehicle and work begins. Labor invoiced on the first of every month. All charges paid before delivery of vehicle. Note that financing is available upon request.
