Signature Disclosure:

Original replaced parts may be requested by customer. You and your employees may operate the above vehicle for the purposes of testing, inspection or delivery at my risk. An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. The shop will not be held responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond your control. A pro-rated storage fee of $120 per week will be charged 10 business days after notification that work is complete unless special arrangements are made. In the event legal action is necessary to enforce this contract, I understand that I am solely responsible for all costs including attorney's fees and court costs. I have read the above and acknowledge receipt of an estimate.

Warranty Disclosure:

From the date of completion of work for a period of 3 months or 3000 miles, whichever comes first, this firm will repair free of charge any defects in material and workmanship to the repairs or installation stated on the invoice. All work to be done in our shop only. we will also honor all part manufacturer warranty. This does not include towing charges or customer supplied parts. Neglect/abuse of vehicle will immediately void any and all warranties.

Part Sale Disclosure:

Manufacturer warranty is honored. Labor to replace the part is not warrantied unless Nostalgic Garage installed the part and showed negligence in doing so. Warranty on labor is 3 months or 3000 miles, whichever comes first.

Quote Disclosure:

Please note that all prices, labor rates and labor times are estimates only, but are subject to change. Parts deposit required before taking delivery of vehicle and work begins. Labor and misc. parts invoiced bi-weekly. All charges must be paid in full before delivery of vehicle.

Waiver of Liability:

Nostalgic Garage LLC technician(s) will perform repair and restoration work on customers vehicle and or engine. Nostalgic Garage LLC technicians have been trained to perform work on vehicles and or engine, but Nostalgic Garage LLC is not an authorized service dealer. Nostalgic Garage LLC is not liable for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any repair work performed on customers vehicle or engine, unless it is caused by severe negligence of Nostalgic Garage LLC or its agent.

Any parts brought to Nostalgic Garage LLC for installation to customers vehicle or motor, not purchased through Nostalgic Garage LLC, will not be warranted by Nostalgic Garage LLC and customer will have to deal with the manufacturer directly. All parts purchased through Nostalgic Garage LLC will be warranted by the manufacturer and Nostalgic Garage LLC will handle those negotiations.

Customer understand that Nostalgic Garage LLC will not browse through any personal, private, or confidential information located in vehicles; however, technicians may inadvertently see data during their work. Customer understand that any confidential data should be removed from the vehicle prior to having repair work performed on the vehicle.

Customer understand that repairs or technical support performed by Nostalgic Garage LLC may void manufacturer warranties. Nostalgic Garage LLC and its affiliates do not assume any liability or warranty if the manufacturer’s warranties are voided but may, at its sole discretion, offer its own warranty on the parts and/or services performed.

Customer understand that Nostalgic Garage LLC’s labor rates & fees can be found at https://drivenostalgic.com/pricing. Customer understand that customer will receive bi-weekly invoices on Monday’s via text, email and or both. If payment is not received by the following Thursday late fees can be applied. Storage fees can be applied as well for non-payment. Customer understand that customer will not received an estimate or quote for any labor charges and can be notified when my labor costs hit their budget as long as a budget is supplied to Nostalgic Garage LLC.

Customer understands that all original parts removed from customers vehicle will be scrapped or disposed of unless customer gives specific instructions to Nostalgic Garage LLC to return parts to customer.

Nostalgic Garage LLC employees may operate the vehicle for the purposes of quality check, inspection or delivery at my risk.

Customer understand there is a pro-rated storage fee of $120 per week and will be charged 10 business days after notification that work is complete unless special arrangements are made. In the event legal action is necessary to enforce this contract, customer understand that customer is solely responsible for all costs including attorney's fees and court costs.
